My name is Drew Kora. For 25 years, I've helped organizations communicate with clarity, credibility, and purpose through branding, storytelling, and design.
I work as both a designer and strategic creative partner, helping nonprofits and businesses define who they are, articulate what makes them different, and connect more effectively with the people they serve. My work spans brand identity, publications, campaigns, photography direction, and visual systems — always focused on turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that build trust and support growth.

Who I work with:
Mission-Driven Organizations: Organizations and not-for-profits that need help communicating their impact, engaging supporters, growing donor bases, and building brands to grow alongside their mission.
In-house teams: I cut my teeth as a designer on an in-house team. I understand the relentless production cycle, budget battles, and strike-while-the-iron-is-hot-opportunities that come and go. I can quickly integrate with your team, provide an outside perspective, and help strengthen both your creative output and brand strategy.
Entrepreneurs & smaller businesses: Building a business takes more than a great product—it requires a clear story and a brand people trust. I help founders translate their vision into compelling identities, communications, and customer experiences that support growth from the ground up.
Agencies:You’re faced with ridiculous time crunches, high stakes projects and tough competition. Whether you need a creative partner to help shape a winning concept or an experienced designer to execute complex work, I bring decades of branding, storytelling, and design expertise to help your team deliver with confidence.
Digital (Psuedo-) Nomad:
I’m based in New York, so my availability is generally aligned to the Eastern US time zone. However, a large reason I became a freelancer is to keep a flexible schedule, so my daily office hours vary and the schedule is rarely a nine-to-five. That often works to the advantage of many of my clients who need results outside of a traditional work week structure. Whatever your project may be, I can adapt to the need.
